The short version
This website sets no cookies at all. It stores one small item in your browser's session storage to remember which page you arrived on, which is erased when you close the tab and is described in full below. No analytics, no advertising, no tracking of any kind — nothing that identifies you, follows you between visits, or leaves this website. That is why you were not shown a consent banner. If that ever changes, this page will be updated and a genuine consent request will appear before anything is set.
What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website asks your browser to store, which it can read back on later visits. They are how a site remembers you were logged in, or which items are in a basket. They are also how advertising networks follow people between websites, which is why they are regulated.
Related technologies do the same job by different means — localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels. Where we use any of them, they are listed below alongside cookies, because the distinction matters to engineers and not to you.

Still no cookies. sessionStorage is not a cookie: it is never transmitted with a request, it is unreadable by any other website, and the browser discards it when the tab closes. Nothing here follows you to another site or survives your visit.
We list it under strictly necessary because it is read only at the moment you choose to submit a form, and never otherwise. If you would rather it were not stored at all, turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser — we check for it before writing anything, and if it is on, nothing is stored and no attribution is collected. Some browsers have it built in; others need an extension.
Analytics
We do not currently run any analytics on this site.
Advertising and third-party tracking
None. There are no advertising cookies, no remarketing pixels, no social media tracking scripts, and no third-party embeds that could set cookies on our behalf. We do not embed YouTube players, social feeds, chat widgets or map iframes on this site, all of which commonly introduce tracking that the site owner never audited.
A note on fonts and external requests
This site loads no external fonts, scripts, stylesheets or images from third-party domains. Everything is served from our own origin. Beyond being faster, it means no other company receives your IP address simply because you visited a page here.
How to control cookies
You can also control cookies in your browser settings, where you can block or delete them for any site. Blocking cookies entirely will break login and shopping functionality on many other websites; it will not break anything here.
We honour the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser or an extension sends it, we treat that as a refusal automatically and do not show you a banner at all. Asking again after someone has already answered is a dark pattern.
Changes
If we add a service that sets cookies, this page will be updated and the consent mechanism will cover it before it goes live. We will not quietly add a tracker to a page that told you there were none.
