You already know roughly what a new furnace runs before you pick up the phone. Finding out what a website costs should not require two meetings and a proposal deck. Every price below includes the Google work and the legal paperwork — they are not add-ons.
Option 1
The Tune-Up
$750 – $1,200 one-time
Your website is fine. It just is not doing anything for you.
A full check of every page — the title, the headings, and the summary Google shows underneath your name in the results
Code added behind the scenes that tells Google you are an HVAC company, what you fix, your hours and the towns you cover
Your Google Business Profile filled in properly: right categories, every service listed, real photos, correct hours
Set up so AI assistants like ChatGPT and Google’s AI answers can find you and recommend you by name
A written report of what was wrong, what we changed, and what to watch
A guaranteed spot at the top of Google. Nobody can sell you that. It depends on how many
competitors you have, how long they have been at it, how many reviews they have got, and
a system none of us can see inside. Anyone who promises you the number one spot is either
guessing or about to do something that gets your listing suspended.
What you are buying is the work being done properly and being able to see that it was: a
website that opens fast and that Google can read, a listing filled in the way Google
wants it, and paperwork that will not land you a fine. That is the part anyone can
honestly sell.
The other thing worth saying plainly: this takes time. A new listing in a quiet market can
show up in the map within a couple of months. In a busy town, against companies who have
been doing this for years, it takes longer. We would rather tell you that now than in
month four.
About the money
Why do you put prices on the website when nobody else does?
Because hiding them wastes your time and ours. If the number does not work for you, you should find that out in thirty seconds rather than after two phone calls and a proposal. You already know roughly what a furnace costs before you ring anyone — this should be no different.
Why a range and not one number?
A six-page site for a one-truck operation is a different job from a fifteen-page site for a company covering four towns. The range covers the normal spread. After we have looked at what you have, you get one fixed number in writing, and it does not change unless you ask for something extra.
Do I have to sign up for the monthly plan?
No. Plenty of people take the build and stop, and that works fine in a quieter market. The monthly plan earns its keep when you have real competition or you are pushing into new towns. If we do not think you need it, we will tell you.
What is not included?
Paid advertising, professional photography of your trucks and crew, and outside costs like your web address and email hosting. We will tell you what those run and help you buy them in your own name rather than marking them up.
How do payments work?
Half when we start, half when the site goes live. The monthly plan is billed monthly and you can stop at the end of any month. No twelve-month contracts.
What if the check-up says I barely need anything?
Then we tell you that and quote for the small job. It happens regularly. We would rather do an honest thousand-dollar fix and be the people you call in three years than sell you a rebuild you did not need.
The check-up is free and there is no pitch attached
Before any of these numbers matter, you should know what shape you are actually in. We will look at your website and your Google listing and tell you straight — in writing, in plain English, and yours to keep whether or not you ever call us back.
