    Audit

    Week 0 · free

Before anything is quoted, we find out what is actually wrong.

    • Crawl your existing site the way a search engine does, and record what it can and cannot reach
    • Check indexation in Google directly: how many of your pages are actually in the index versus how many exist
    • Look at who ranks for your money keywords in your city, and what they have that you do not
    • Review your Google Business Profile — if it exists, whether it is claimed, complete and correctly categorised
    • Check the legal surface: privacy policy accuracy, cookie behaviour, and whether your forms capture consent

You get this in writing whether or not you hire us. It is not a sales document with the findings withheld until you sign.

  2. 02

    Map

    Week 1

Decide what pages should exist and what each one is for, before a line of code is written.

    • Keyword research segmented by intent, not by search volume
    • A keyword-to-URL map, so no two pages of yours ever compete for the same term
    • Site architecture: what links to what, and how authority flows through it
    • Conversion path: what we want a visitor to do on each page, and what is currently stopping them

This is the phase that gets skipped everywhere else, and it is the reason most sites end up with a Services page nobody can rank and six blog posts fighting each other.

  3. 03

    Build

    Weeks 2–4

Written from scratch, by a person, in code.

    • Custom design — no purchased theme, no page builder
    • Server-rendered HTML so crawlers read the content on the first pass
    • Hand-written metadata per page: title, description, canonical, Open Graph
    • Structured data appropriate to each page type, matching what is visible on it
    • Accessibility as a build requirement: semantic markup, keyboard operability, WCAG 2.1 AA contrast
    • Core Web Vitals verified on throttled mobile, not on a developer laptop

You see the site on a staging URL throughout. There is no reveal at the end.

  4. 04

    Legal

    Week 4, in parallel

The layer that turns a lead-generation site from an asset into a liability when it is missing.

    • Privacy policy written from what your site actually collects and which processors actually touch it
    • Terms of service with limitation of liability and governing law
    • Cookie policy, and a consent banner that blocks non-essential scripts until a choice is made
    • A privacy choices page that handles access, deletion and opt-out requests
    • TCPA express written consent on every form that captures a phone number, with the wording retained as a timestamped record

We are engineers, not lawyers. For a regulated industry, we hand your attorney an accurate technical description of what the site does — which is most of what they would otherwise charge you to work out.

  5. 05

    Launch

    Week 4–5

Going live is a checklist, not an event.

    • Google Business Profile claimed, verified, completed and category-optimised
    • Search Console verified under your account, sitemap submitted, indexing requested
    • Redirect map from every old URL, so existing rankings are not thrown away
    • Analytics and conversion tracking on forms and phone clicks
    • Post-launch crawl to confirm nothing shipped blocked, broken or noindexed

The single most common launch failure in this industry is a staging robots.txt going to production. We check it after launch, not before.

  6. 06

    Compound

    Ongoing, monthly

SEO is not a project that finishes. It is a position you either hold or lose.

    • Monthly indexation and crawl health review in Search Console
    • Local rank tracking from a geographic grid across your service area
    • Content added against the keyword map, in priority order
    • Review generation, monitored and responded to
    • A written report explaining what moved, why, and what happens next

If a month produces nothing worth reporting, we will say that rather than padding a dashboard with pageview charts.

Working together

What do you need from me?

Honest answers about your business, access to your domain registrar, and whatever real content you have — photos, service lists, prices, the things you say to customers on the phone. The build is rarely what slows a project down. Waiting on content is.

What if I already have a site I do not want to throw away?

Then we do not throw it away. Plenty of sites have a sound structure and a specific broken thing — an indexing problem, a rendering problem, no schema, a form with no consent capture. The audit tells us which situation you are in, and rebuilding is a recommendation we make when it is genuinely cheaper than repairing.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

The build is a fixed-scope project. Ongoing SEO is monthly and you can stop at the end of any month. We do not use twelve-month lock-ins, because a retainer that only survives on a contract is a retainer that stopped earning its keep.

What happens if I want to leave?

You take everything, because it was always yours. Domain, code repository, Search Console, analytics, Google Business Profile — all created under your identity with us added as a user you remove. Realistically it takes an afternoon.

Start with the audit

It is free, it is written down, and it is yours whether or not anything comes of it. Worst case you find out exactly what is wrong with your current site and take that document to someone else.
